**The State Library in downtown Sacramento is the primary source of research materials. Unfortunately, timely access to many of their materials can be negatively impacted because of the temporary relocation of many of the law and government publications materials to an off-site location in order to accommodate earthquake safety building retrofit work. Projects will be completed as soon as possible.
